Covenant

This document is also known as the declaration.  It is a covenant written by the builder/developer C.F. Little Development Corporation establishing the Fenton Dell Homeowners Association and also establishes restrictions for all owners of property in the neighborhood except for three homes that were built prior to the registration of this document with the Cabarrus County Register of Deeds Office on June 27, 2001.

This is a legal document "running with the land" that applies to owners of each lot by the act of their purchase of a lot or home in Fenton Dell.
